Entry

Each competition lists a maximum number of tickets and a fixed draw date. Tickets are sold first-come, first-served until either the cap is reached or the timer ends.

The draw

All draws use a Google-verified random number generator and are streamed live on @winurcard. The first number matching a sold ticket wins the prize.

Postponed draws

If a draw cannot be streamed due to a technical issue, it is rescheduled within 72 hours and announced on Instagram and by email.

Winner verification

We contact the winner within 24 hours. Identity is verified by matching the ticket order with a government-issued ID.

Cash alternative

Winners may opt for a bank transfer equal to 100% of the prize's stated value instead of physical delivery.

Disqualification

Fraudulent entries, payment chargebacks, or attempted account abuse will result in disqualification and a permanent ban.
