1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to enter any competition. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that competitions of skill and chance are legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Tickets & entries

Tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket carries a unique number used at the live draw. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where a competition is voided by Winurcard.

3. Draws

Draws are performed using a publicly auditable random number generator, streamed live on Instagram. The result is final and binding.

4. Prizes

Winners are notified within 24 hours of the draw. We will hold prizes for 30 days while we verify identity and shipping. After this period unclaimed prizes may be redrawn.

5. Limitation of liability

Winurcard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability to any user is capped at the total value of tickets purchased by that user in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
